Capital Carpet Cleaners is a specialist commercial floor care company. Carpets, hard floors and upholstery are all we do, and the founder supervises every job from first enquiry to final inspection.
Yusuf founded Capital Carpet Cleaners and remains the primary point of contact for every client. He assesses each site, agrees the standard and the price before work starts, and quality checks the result, whether the job is a single meeting room or a multi-floor office programme.
That matters because floor care is a judgement business. Every space has its own mix of surfaces, soiling, deadlines and budget, and the right process for one floor is the wrong one for the next. Having the same person survey the job, choose the approach and inspect the result is the simplest quality system there is.
Every commercial job starts with a conversation or a free site visit. We identify surfaces and problem areas, agree what standard to expect, and confirm a fixed price with no on-the-day extras.
We carry deep extraction, low-moisture and hybrid systems on every job, and choose per floor based on the result you want, the time we have, your budget and when the space is needed back.
Evenings and weekends at no extra charge, so offices, venues and communal areas are cleaned and dry without costing anyone a working day.
Capital Carpet Cleaners is the specialist floor care division of Capital Group Cleaners. The group also covers window cleaning, pressure washing and full commercial deep cleans, so if your maintenance list runs beyond the floors, one call covers it.
We work across London for offices, care homes, gyms, restaurants and cafés, places of worship, residential blocks, libraries, community halls and industrial workshops. £5 million public liability cover including treatment risk. Many cleaning policies exclude the very surface being worked on. Ours covers it, and certificates are available on request.
RAMS, risk assessments and method statements provided for facilities teams, managing agents and estates. Inductions and permit-to-work processes are routine for us.
