Every commercial space is different, so we price each job individually, but we are transparent about exactly how the number is built and we come back the same working day. Once a price is agreed, it does not move.
The biggest factor. Pricing is per square metre, and the rate falls as area grows. Setup, travel and equipment time are spread across more carpet, so a single 600 sqm floor costs far less per metre than three separate 200 sqm visits.
A regularly maintained carpet tile floor cleans faster than heavily soiled broadloom with stain work. We confirm condition at the site assessment, so the price we agree reflects reality rather than a worst-case buffer.
One-off deep cleans carry the full rate. Quarterly and monthly maintenance plans cost noticeably less per visit, because a carpet on a cycle never reaches the state that makes rescue cleans slow.
What never changes the price: evenings, weekends, equipment, products, moving light furniture, or stain pre-treatment. All included. Smaller spaces (under ~150 sqm) carry a minimum call-out, which we'll state up front.

Rule of thumb: most offices are 8–10 sqm per desk. A rough number is fine.

A carpet that's cleaned on a cycle never reaches the heavily soiled state that makes one-off rescue cleans slow and expensive, and that efficiency is passed back in the per-visit price. Plans also mean your entrances and walkways, the areas visitors actually judge, never look tired between cleans.

Same working day. Straightforward spaces are usually priced from your quote request alone; larger or unusual sites get a free assessment visit first, and the price is fixed from there.
No. Out-of-hours working is our standard pattern for commercial clients and never carries a surcharge.
