An office carpet takes more punishment than almost any domestic floor: hundreds of footfalls a day funnelled through the same doorways and walkways, grit carried in from London pavements, coffee and food traffic around desks and breakout areas. Left uncleaned, that grit cuts fibres and flattens the pile. That is why walkway tracking appears years before the carpet actually wears out.
Professional cleaning removes the abrasive soil, lifts the pile, and takes out the stains and odours a daily vacuum never reaches. For most offices it defers recarpeting by years. A deep clean costs a small fraction of replacing even one floor's carpet tiles.

The team arrives after your office empties. Furniture shifted, edges and spots pre-treated, then hot water extraction or low-moisture encapsulation depending on what we agreed per area.
Air movers cut drying time where needed. Furniture goes back, and the floor is inspected against the agreed standard before we lock up and set the alarm.
We inspect the finished floor against the standard agreed at the assessment. Most clients then move onto a quarterly or six-monthly plan, with lower per-visit rates and carpets that stay presentable all year.
Most central London offices are floored with carpet tiles, and most "worn out" carpet tiles are actually soiled, not damaged. Low-moisture encapsulation is particularly effective on tiles: it restores colour and pile without over-wetting the backing, and floors are walkable again within about an hour. Where individual tiles genuinely are damaged, they can be swapped without recarpeting. We tell you honestly which situation you are in at the site assessment.
Cleaning an office carpet costs roughly a tenth of replacing it. If the floor looks tired, cleaning is almost always the right first move.

Yes. Evening and weekend cleaning is our standard pattern, at no extra charge. Where a daytime clean is preferred, low-moisture methods and sectioned working keep areas usable.
No. We work around fixed desking and move chairs, bins and light items ourselves, returning everything once the carpet is dry.

Usually, yes. Soiling is mistaken for wear far more often than the reverse. Cleaning restores the pile at a fraction of replacement cost, and genuinely damaged tiles can be swapped individually.
