Booking is simple: all we need is your full address and a time that suits you. There is no deposit to pay, and every customer receives a formal written quotation before anything is booked, so you know the exact price in advance. We work around your day with flexible morning, afternoon and weekend slots.
On the day we arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Traffic and earlier appointments can shift things slightly, but we always keep you posted with our ETA so your day is not left hanging. We move light furniture ourselves, confirm parking when we book, and put everything back before we leave.
Payment is due on completion, once you have walked the job with us and you are happy. Most customers pay by bank transfer on the day, and cash is fine too. Carpets, hard floors and upholstery are all covered by one team in one visit, with a minimum visit charge of £125.
Low moisture methods dry in about an hour. Hot water extraction typically takes 2 to 6 hours depending on the carpet and airflow, and we agree the approach with you before we start.
Yes. We work to handover deadlines, and we provide the receipt and description agents and landlords expect for the checkout report.
Usually, yes. We use a specialist UV light to find urine stains that are invisible in normal light, on every pet job, so nothing gets missed. The treatment then sanitises and extracts the urine at source rather than masking it, so you are not left with any unwanted smells after cleaning. Where something is genuinely permanent, we say so before you spend money.
Every job gets a fixed quote agreed before we arrive, and the price never changes on the day. Our minimum visit charge is £125, which covers most two to three room cleans. Whole-house cleans are priced on the number of rooms, stairs and any upholstery, and we confirm the exact figure by phone or email before booking.
Yes. Wool, sisal-blend and other natural-fibre carpets need the right chemistry and controlled moisture, which is where cheap rental-machine cleans cause damage. We identify the fibre first and match the method to it, so the carpet is cleaned without shrinkage, browning or colour bleed.
Not for most rooms. We happily move sofas, chairs, coffee tables and other light furniture to clean underneath, and everything goes back afterwards. For safety and insurance reasons our technicians do not move heavy items such as wardrobes, beds and filled bookcases: these normally stay in place and we clean around them, which is standard practice across the industry. If you want the carpet underneath a heavy piece cleaned, you are welcome to move it before we arrive.
Yes, we are fully insured including treatment risk cover, which specifically covers the items we are working on. Very few carpet cleaners carry treatment risk cover, and it is worth asking anyone who quotes you whether they do.
We cover the north-west London suburbs and south-west Hertfordshire: Harrow, Kenton, Pinner, Hatch End, Stanmore, Northwood, Ruislip, Eastcote, Rickmansworth, Chorleywood, Croxley Green, Moor Park, Bushey, Radlett and Watford. We are based in Croxley Green, so most of our customers are within twenty minutes of us.
Yes, and most customers do exactly that. Sofas, armchairs, rugs and mattresses can all be cleaned in the same appointment as the carpets, which saves a second call-out and gets the whole room done in one go.
Standard stain treatment for two to three stains per room is included in every clean. If a room needs more than that, or a stain needs specialist treatment, we price the extra work fairly and agree it with you before we start, never on the day as a surprise. Life happens, and rearranging is free with reasonable notice, just call or message us. We only ask that you avoid same-day cancellations where possible, and that someone is home to let us in at the agreed time, as a wasted trip may carry a small charge.
